Professional:
I’m a small-town Idaho gal and the founder of Adesso Talent. After 18 years in the corporate staffing world, I’m thrilled to launch my boutique talent agency tailored specifically for staffing firms. My career began in tech recruiting, then evolved into the role of Internal Talent Manager for two sister staffing firms, where my team and I were responsible for staffing internal roles, including recruiters, operations staff, sales professionals, and leadership positions.

Personal:
Outside of work, I’m always diving into personal projects! I’m passionate about DIY home improvement, gardening, preserving and canning food, quilting, designing fabric and wallpaper, and managing a 5-star vacation rental business. Lately, I’ve been exploring the art of Venetian plaster, and my next adventure includes starting a small bee farm and raising chickens!

I started my career in Accounts Receivable and Sales, spending 11 years at a multinational telecommunications company. With a passion for data, numbers, and spreadsheets, I’ve always enjoyed the analytical side of business. In 2018 I launched a small eCommerce business that I still run today. In recent years, I’ve delved into the world of sourcing and have loved the connections I’ve made along the way.

Personal:

I kick off every morning with a workout and some time in nature. I’m a big fan of BBQ, always trying new grill recipes, and I once entered a BBQ competition...hoping to do it again soon. I’m a die-hard sports fanatic Go Lakers. Recently I started to learn how how to snowboard, where my main goal isn’t mastering the slopes, but gracefully avoiding becoming a snowball with a pulse. Weekends are usually packed, thanks to my wife’s never-ending honey-do list, which feels about the size of Texas! How 'bout them Cowboys!
