Professional:
I’m a small-town Idaho gal and the founder of Adesso Talent. After 18 years in the corporate recruiting world, I decided to launch my own boutique agency where I could bring a more personal, high-touch approach to hiring. My career began in technology recruiting and grew into internal talent leadership, where I specialized in hiring across sales, recruiting, operations, and leadership positions. Over the years, I discovered my passion for connecting GTM talent including sales, marketing, customer success, and recruiting professionals with the companies that need them most. Today, I’m proud to work with high-growth startups, technology companies, professional services firms, and staffing organizations to help them build the teams that fuel their growth.
Personal:
Outside of work, I’m always diving into personal projects! I’m passionate about DIY home improvement, gardening, preserving and canning food, quilting, designing fabric and wallpaper, and managing a 5-star vacation rental business. Lately, I’ve been exploring the art of Venetian plaster, and my next adventure includes starting a small bee farm and raising chickens!

I started my career in Accounts Receivable and Sales, spending 11 years at a multinational telecommunications company. With a passion for data, numbers, and spreadsheets, I’ve always enjoyed the analytical side of business. In 2018 I launched a small eCommerce business that I still run today. In recent years, I’ve delved into the world of sourcing and have loved the connections I’ve made along the way.
Personal:
I kick off every morning with a workout and some time in nature. I’m a big fan of BBQ, always trying new grill recipes, and I once entered a BBQ competition...hoping to do it again soon. I’m a die-hard sports fanatic Go Lakers. Recently I started to learn how how to snowboard, where my main goal isn’t mastering the slopes, but gracefully avoiding becoming a snowball with a pulse. Weekends are usually packed, thanks to my wife’s never-ending honey-do list, which feels about the size of Texas! How 'bout them Cowboys!
